EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This item requires that ex parte disclosure be provided by Commission members. Should a
hearing be held on this item, all participants are required to be sworn in. Recommendation
to approve for recording the final plat of Arthrex at Creekside — Tract "A", Application
Number FP- PL20130000261.
OBJECTIVE: To approve for recording the final plat of Arthrex at Creekside — Tract "A ", a
subdivision of lands located in Section 27, Township 48 South, Range 25 East, Collier County,
Florida, following the alternative procedure for approval of subdivision plats pursuant to
Resolution 99 -199.
CONSIDERATIONS: The Engineering Services Department has completed the review of the
final plat of Arthrex at Creekside - Tract "A ". These documents are in compliance with the
County Land Development Code and Chapter 177, Florida Statutes. This project is within the
Creekside Commerce Park CPUD, Ord. 06 -50. All fees have been paid. There are no required
subdivision improvements associated with this final plat. The recordation of this plat will allow
for expansion of the existing Arthrex headquarters through the submission of a Site Development
Plan Amendment.
The Engineering Services Department recommends that the final plat of Arthrex at Creekside —
Tract "A" be approved for recording.
FISCAL IMPACT: The County will realize revenues as follows:
Fund: Growth Management Fund 131
Agency: County Manager
Cost Center: 138327 -- Land Development Services
Revenue generated by this project: Total: $1,020.00
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item has been approved by the County Attorney's
Office, is legally sufficient, and requires a majority vote. ERP
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: The developer must receive a Certificate of
Adequate Public Facilities prior to the issuance of the final approval letter and plat
recordation.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommendation to approve the final plat of Arthrex at Creekside —
Tract "A ", Application Number FP- PL20130000261 for recording.
