disclaim, renounce and vacate the County and the Public interest in a portion of the Upland Recreational
Open Space Easement(U.R.O.S), being a part of Tract"S"of Embassy Woods Golf and Country Club at
Bretonne Park, Phase One, Plat Book 17, pages 47 through 49 of the Public Records of Collier County,
Florida, being a part of Section 5, Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, more
specifically shown in Exhibit A and to approve the Grant of Easement to replace the vacated U.R.O.S.
easement.
