EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This item requires that ex parte disclosure be provided by Commission members. Should a tearing
be held on this item, all participants are required to be sworn in. Recommendation to approve for
recording the final plat of Talis Park Tract J, Application Number PL20120002646, a replat of
Tract J of Tuscany Reserve.
OBJECTIVE: To approve for recording the final plat of Talis Park Tract J, a subdivision of lands
located in Section 7, Township 48 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, being a replat
of Tract J of Tuscany Reserve as recorded in Plat Book 39, Pages 88 through 95.
CONSIDERATIONS: The Engineering Services Department has completed the review of the
final plat of Talis Park Tract J. These documents are in compliance with the County Land
Development Code and Chapter 177, Florida Statutes. All fees have been paid. There are no
required subdivision improvements associated with this final plat.
The Engineering Services Department recommends that the final plat of Talis Park Tract J be
approved for recording.
FISCAL IMPACT: The County will realize revenues as follows:
Fund: Growth Management Fund 131
Agency: County Manager
Cost Center: 138327 -- Land Development Services
Revenue generated by this project: Total: $1,020.00
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: The County Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved this
item, has determined that approval is legally sufficient, and requires a majority vote for
approval. ERP
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: The developer must receive a Certificate of Adequate
Public Facilities prior to the issuance of the final approval letter and plat recordation.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommendation to approve the final plat of Talis Park Tract J,
Application Number PL20120002646 for recording.
