WHEREAS, Arthrex is a medical device manufacturer headquartered in Naples, Florida with
offices worldwide; and,
WHEREAS, the Florida Governor's Innovators in Business Awards recognizes companies for
their leadership and contributions toward diversifying and improving Florida's
economy; and,
WHEREAS, Arthrex employs more than 1500 employees in Southwest Florida, 700 national
and international employees and approximately 2000 sales associates worldwide;
and,
WHEREAS, in 2012 Arthrex created 230 non-seasonal corporate and manufacturing jobs in
Florida making it one of the top job creators in the state and Collier County.
NOW THEREFORE, be it proclaimed by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
