OBJECTIVE: To reappoint two members to the Lely Golf Estates Beautification MSTU Advisory Committee to four year terms expiring on October 1, 2018. CONSIDERATIONS: The Lely Golf Estates Beautification Municipal Service Taxing Unit Advisory Committee is a five member committee created by Ordinance No. 87 -69 to assist the Board of County Commissioners in carrying out the services of the MSTU. Members must reside within the boundaries of the MSTU. A list of the current membership is included in the backup. Two of the current members' terms expire on October 1, 2014. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of County Commissioners reappoint Ms. Dammert and Mr. Slebodnik to their respective seats on this advisory committee, to four year terms expiring on October 1, 2018.
