As such, $75,000 has been budgeted in Fiscal Year 2015 for continuing support of the ELC. The terms covering this funding commitment, including requirements for both the County and the ELC, are contained within the original MOU, along with modifications that have been included in subsequent extensions. This extension incorporates previously approved changes and provides for updated dates for Fiscal Year 2015. No new or additional changes /modifications have been requested by the County or the ELC. FISCAL IMPACT: A $75,000 appropriation has been established within the budget of the General Fund 001, within the Economic Development cost center, for Fiscal Year 2015. GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no growth management impact related to this request. LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item has been reviewed by the County Attorney, is approved as to form and legality, and requires majority vote for approval. —JAK RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of County Commissioners approves, and authorizes the Chairman to sign, an extension to the Memorandum of Understanding between the Collier County Board of County Commissioners and the Early Learning Coalition of Southwest Florida, Inc., to provide funding in the amount of $75,000 in Fiscal Year 2015.
