OBJECTIVE: Recommendation to approve for recording the minor final plat of Vercelli
Replat, Application Number PL20140001449.
CONSIDERATIONS: The Engineering Services Department has completed the review of the
minor final plat of Vercelli Replat, and these documents are in compliance with the County Land
Development Code and Chapter 177, Florida Statutes. Under LDC Section 10.02.04 D, a minor
final plat approval may be requested as an alternative to the standard construction plans and plat
approval where the plat does not require improvements, a construction and maintenance
agreement, a security performance bond, or phasing. There is no required subdivision
improvements associated with this plat. All fees have been paid.
The Engineering Services Department recommends that the minor final plat of Vercelli Replat be
approved for recording.
FISCAL IMPACT: The County will realize revenues as follows:
Fund: Growth Management Fund 131
Agency: County Manager
Cost Center: 138327 - Land Development Services
Revenue generated by this project: Total: $1,020.00
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item has been approved as to form and legality, and
requires a majority vote for Board approval. - SAS
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: The developer must receive a Certificate of
Adequate Public Facilities prior to the issuance of the final approval letter and plat recordation.
RECOMMENDATION: To approve the minor final plat of Vercelli Replat, Application
Number PL20140001449 for recording.
