EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to approve, execute and record two Satisfactions of Notice of Claim of Lien for
Sanitary Sewer System Impact Fee. Fiscal impact is $37 to record the Satisfactions of Lien.
OBJECTIVE: Acknowledge full payment and execute two Satisfactions of Claim of Lien.
CONSIDERATIONS: The Board of Countv Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, as the
Governing Body of Collier County and Ex- Officio the Governing Board of the Collier County Water -
Sewer District of Collier County, Florida, recorded the following Claims of Lien in the Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida.
1. Glenn Quesenberry, securing the principal balance of $7.840.00, Folio #61834800004.
2. Jennifer Kile Colvin, securing the principal balance of $1,055.00, Folio 481620400009.
Full payment and satisfactions of these liens have been made.
The County Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the Satisfactions of Claim of Lien
FISCAL IMPACT: Payment in full for these Claim of Liens increases the cash flow in the Sewer Impact
Fee Fund (413) by $8,895.00. The fiscal impact for recording the Satisfactions of Claim of Lien is
approximately $37.00. Funds are available in the Water -Sewer Operating Fund (408).
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item has been approved for form and legality and requires a
majority vote for Board approval. - JAB
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no Growth Management impact associated with this
item.
RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of County Commissioners, Ex- Officio the Governing Board of
the Collier County Water -Sewer District, acknowledge full payment and execution of the two
Satisfactions of Claim of Lien, and to surrender the same canceled; direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Collier County to cancel the same of record; and, authorize the Chainnan to execute the Satisfactions of
Claim of Lien.
