EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

be held on this item, all participants are required to be sworn in. Recommendation to approve for
recording the minor final plat of Abruzzese Replat at Pelican Bay, Application Number
PL20130002703.
OBJECTIVE: To approve for recording the final plat of Abruzzese Replat at Pelican Bay, a
subdivision of lands located in Section 33,. Township 48 South, Range 25 East, Collier County,
Florida.
CONSIDERATIONS: The Engineering Services Department has completed the review of the
final plat of Abruzzese Replat at Pelican Bay. These documents are in compliance with the
County Land Development Code and Chapter 177, Florida Statutes and Section 10.02.04 D of
the Land Development Code.. All fees have been paid. There are no required subdivision
improvements associated with this minor final plat.
The Engineering Services Department recommends that the final plat of Abruzzese Replat at
Pelican Bay be approved for recording.
FISCAL IMPACT: The County will realize revenues as follows:
