EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
To provide to the Board of County Commissioner's the Clerk of the Circuit Court's Audit
Report 2014-2 Fee Payment Assistance Program: Advanced Medical Center,LLC.
OBJECTIVE: To provide to the Board of County Commissioners (Board) the Fee Payment
Assistance Program: Advanced Medical Center, LLC, Audit Report 2014-2 issued February 6th,
2014.
The scope of the audit included reviewing Advanced Medical Center, LLC, Fee Payment
Assistance for propriety and compliance with ordinance and contractual terms.
The objective of the audit was to determine whether Advanced Medical Center remained eligible
for participation in the Fee Payment Assistance Program.
CONSIDERATIONS: The Clerk of the Circuit Court audited Advanced Medical Center, LLC,
Fee Payment Assistance (Audit Report 2014-2).
The Final Audit Report was issued to the Board on Thursday, February 6, 2014, and is available
electronically on the Clerk's website.

Internal Audits do not become public record until issued by the Clerk's Office.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: None
FISCAL IMPACT: The project received $412,146 in Impact Fee Assistance under the Fee
Payment Assistance Program.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item has been reviewed by the County Attorney. This is a
companion item to the County Attorney's agenda item 16.K.2. and requires majority vote for
acceptance of the report. -JAK
RECOMMENDATION: That the Board receive Audit Report 2014-2 Fee Payment Assistance
Program: Advanced Medical Center, LLC.
