Each month, the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Collier County
Commissioners recognize an organization that has enhanced the community through financial,
volunteer and active involvement in organizations and programs that assist in creating a better
quality of life for all citizens in Collier County.
The honoree is presented with a commemorative plaque at the Board of County
Commissioners meeting. A photo and news release is distributed to all Southwest Florida
media and Chamber members, as well as featured in Business CurrentsTM Magazine, the
Chamber's website, and promoted through social media.

Naples since 1991. We are an exclusive agency for State Farm Mutual, the nations largest home and
auto insurer.We also sell life insurance through State Farm Life, Disability, Long-Term Care and
Individual Medical insurance. We provide funding and administration for all types of individual and
corporate retirement plans. We also offer full banking services through State Farm Bank. The Naples
Daily News has ranked our agency as the best local insurance agency for 10 of the last 12 years. We
have also been honored as one of State Farm's top agencies nationwide for 32 years.

We have been a member of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce since we opened in 1991. 1 have
served as the Chairman of the Member Services Committee for several years as well as Chair of the
Diplomats,the predecessor to the ambassadors. I served on the Board of Directors for three years and
was named Director of the Year in 2002. I am a graduate of Leadership Collier Class of 2001. I was the
Vice Chair for the Class of 2008 and Chair of the Class of 2009. Our agency, along with several other
State Farm Agencies in Collier County and Lee County, is currently involved in a major fundraiser for
the Golisano Children's Hospital. We are involved in Celebrate My Drive, an educational program for
teen drivers in our local high schools. Every Christmas, we contribute 25-55 bikes to The Salvation
Army for local children. I am a past president of the Kiwanis Club of East Naples and have sponsored
and coached many teams in various sports for kids in Collier County.
