EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Recommendation to approve amendment No. 1 to the Home Investment Partnership (HOME) Program Subrecipient Agreement between Collier County and Community Assisted and Supported Living, Inc. (CASL) in order to update the reimbursement method language and also make necessary Fiscal Funding Year updates. Fiscal Impact$0. OBJECTIVE: Amend the subrecipient agreement to include language allowing direct payment of eligible expenditures via Wire Transfer and also to make necessary Fiscal Funding Year updates in order for complete project acquisition. CONSIDERATIONS: On October 8, 2013, Item 16D10, the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) approved an agreement with Community Assisted and Supported Living, Inc. (CASL) for multi-family rental housing acquisition for persons with disabilities. The project will target eight(8) low and very low income adult individuals with disabilities. The units consist of four(4)two bedroom units. The subrecipient agreement modification(s)is proposed as follows: 1. AGREEMENT AMOUNT; Deliverables Table, Update payment method language to allow for wire transfer. 2. Make necessary Fiscal Funding year update on table on top of page one and Fiscal Year updates on page two of agreement. The proposed modification is allowable under the grant, and will not increase the amount of grant funds or impact the budget for this project.
