Since opening in 1985, The Ritz-Carlton,Naples has established itself as a cornerstone
of Collier County. With the completion of its multi-million dollar re-mastering, The
Ritz-Carlton,Naples continues further its investment in the community and grow
exponentially. This growth is reflected in the creation two new dining concepts,
Terrazza and Dusk; the re-designing of each of the 450 guest rooms; infrastructure
improvements; and a contemporization in the most well-known of the seven
restaurants on property, The Grill. To celebrate the completion of this unprecedented
re-mastering project and further its continued commitment to the Naples community,

The Ritz-Carlton,Naples is supporting 10 local not-for-profit organizations and
charities by hosting a series of complimentary dinners in the newly-opened Terrazza
restaurant. The dinners aim to raise $100,000 that will directly benefit the charitable
organizations.
"We wanted to do something unique and special to celebrate the re-mastering of our
resort and the opening of our Terrazza restaurant, said Bruce Seigel, Director of Sales
& Marketing, The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples. "Support for our local community
has always been part of the philosophy here at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, and we are
delighted to work with top charitable institutions to host these dinners and have them
celebrate Terrazza's opening with us."
Ten local charities were selected to participate. The resort then provided each
organization an event date, printed invitations (10,000+total), and three-course dinner
in Terrazza. In return, the resort asked each organization to request each participating
guest to make a $100 minimum donation to their respective organization. 100% of the
proceeds from the dinner benefitted the charity. Our goal was to raise, $100,000 for
the local community.
The Ritz-Carlton, Naples is an innovator within the hospitality industry and
continually advances the commonplace ideals of our guests and the Naples
community. Ultimately the goal of conducting the special dinners is our aspiration that
charity and community contributions will become a common place norm for any type
of hospitality opening in the near future.

the Board of County Commissioners about your business purpose and achievements.
