Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!
8. The document was approved by the BCC on 2/13/2018 and all changes made during
the meeting have been incorporated in the attached document. The County .
Attorney's Office has reviewed the changes,if applicable.
9. Initials of attorney verifying that the attached document is the version approved by the

This Amendment,dated ftbniods,k 13. 2018 to the referenced Contract#12-5914R Outsourcing of County
Marinas, shall be by and betwee r he parties to the original Contract,Paradise Property Management, Inc.
("Concessionaire")and Collier County,a political subdivision of the State of Florida,("County").
Statement of Understanding
RE: #12-5914R OUTSOURCING OF COUNTY MARINAS
In order to continue the services provided for in the original Contract document referenced above, the
parties agree to amend the Contract as provided herein.
Note: Language deleted has been struek-4hrough. New language has been underlined.
Chance# 1: Page One, Section 1 Scope,subsection C. Uses of Contract#12-5914R is hereby amended as
follows:
C. USES. The Concessionaire is authorized to conduct the following types of business and to provide the
following services, and only such business and services, at the location as set forth below:
Leasing recreational and commercial boat docks(both wet and dry boat dock slips)using Board approved
Lease Agreement and standard rental rates set forth in the Parks and Recreation Fee Policy Resolution, as
may be amended.
