EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to recognize and appropriate revenue for Special Services to the Facilities
Management Division Cost Center and approve the necessary Fiscal Year 2014 -2015 Budget
Amendment.
OBJECTIVE: To recognize and appropriate Special Services Revenue to the County Maintenance
Budget in the amount of $15,188.12 for Fiscal Year 2014 -2015.
CONSIDERATIONS: The Division of Facilities Management is called upon to provide Special Services
for building maintenance when requested by various departments or divisions. Facilities Management is
then reimbursed for these services in accordance with the budget instructions.
FISCAL IMPACT: Budget amendments are necessary to recognize revenue and place the revenue in the
proper expense appropriation within Fund 001, Facilities Management's Cost Centers. Revenues for the
month of June total $15,188.12.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item has been approved as to form and legality and requires
majority vote for approval. — CMG
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no growth management impact associated with this

RECOMMENDATION: That the Board authorizes the necessary Budget Amendment to recognize and
appropriate revenues from Special Services in the amount of $15,188.12.
