EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to approve seven deletions to the 2015 Fiscal Year Pay and Classification Plan
made from April 1, 2015 through June 30, 2015.
OBJECTIVE: For the Board of County Commissioners to ratify the deletion of seven
classification specifications in the 2015 Fiscal Year Pay and Classification Plan.
CONSIDERATIONS: Pursuant to Ordinance No. 13 -40, the Board of County Commissioners has
authorized the County Manager to make additions, modifications and deletions to the 2015 Fiscal
Year Pay and Classification Plan, subject to retroactive ratification by the Board. This occurs
three times during the fiscal year — in January, in April and in July.
The modifications to the County's 2015 Fiscal Year Pay and Classification Plan made between
April 1, 2015 through June 30, 2015 (Exhibit 1) consist of the deletion of seven classification
specifications which are no longer in use.
FISCAL IMPACT: This action will have no fiscal impact to the County.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item is approved as to form and legality and requires
majority vote for approval. — CMG
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no growth management impact associated with
this Executive Summary.
RECOMMENDATION: That the Board approves and ratifies modifications of classification
specifications in the 2015 Fiscal Year Pay and Classification Plan.
