WITNESSETH: That Seller, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to Seller in hand paid by Buyer, the receipt and sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, transferred, set over and delivered, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, transfer, set over and deliver unto Buyer, and the Buyer's heirs, successors and assigns forever, that certain overhead bus shelter, benches, bicycle racks, trash receptacles and ancillary facilities associated with a bus stop and shelter, as shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein, all lying within the following described land, together with appurtenant easement rights for the operation, installation and maintenance of said facilities, situate, lying and being in Collier County, Florida, to-wit: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein. Seller, for itself and its successors, hereby covenants to and with Buyer and its successors and assigns that it is the lawful owner of the said goods and chattels herein referred to as the overhead bus shelter, benches, bicycle racks, trash receptacles and ancillary facilities associated with a bus stop and shelter; that it has good right, title and authority to sell same, and that it will warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whosoever. Seller and Buyer are used for singular or plural, as the context requires.
