Each month, The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Collier County
Commissioners recognize an organization that has enhanced the community through financial,
volunteer and active involvement in organizations and programs that assist in creating a better
quality of life for all citizens in Collier County.
The honoree is presented with a commemorative plaque at the Board of County
Commissioners meeting. A photo and news release is distributed to all Southwest Florida
media and Chamber members, as well as featured in Business CurrentsTM Magazine, the
Chamber's website, and promoted through social media.

organization with a long history of helping individuals, families and businesses with financial service
needs. Our relationship-based approach to banking focuses on making decisions locally, and we've built
a strong reputation for providing extraordinary service.

How has the organization enhanced the community through financial, volunteer and active
involvement in organizations and programs? (500 words or less):
IBERIABANK believes that our success relies on the success of our surrounding community. So when
businesses and individuals do well,we do well. Since entering Collier County in 2009, IBERIABANK
has been a strong supporter of a number of community activities through employee volunteerism and
financial support. Last year alone, IBERIABANK associates volunteered over 650 volunteer hours and

provided over$150,000 in financial support to local charities. We host a number of community
programs such as our successful shred events which provide the public with a safe and secure way to
shred sensitive paperwork. We've collected over 75 tons of paper thus far. We also developed a
community outreach program titled "i Gives Back"that has yielded hundreds of used cell phones for a
local abuse shelter,thousands of used books for the library, and hundreds of pieces of professional
clothing apparel for indigent men and women to wear for job interviews as they get back on their feet.
We also view our role as educators in the community. For the past three years, IBERIABANK has
volunteered more Junior Achievement classroom hours than any other company in Southwest Florida.
Our branches frequently host school groups for branch tours to learn about banking career opportunities
and to see how a branch operates. Additionally,we host two very successful educational lecture series'
called "In the Round" and "Health Plus" where we bring in experts to discuss topics of interest to our
local population In 2013, IBERIABANK was recognized by the Association of Fundraising
Professionals as the Most Philanthropic Organization in Southwest Florida. We've also been voted the
"Best Regional Bank" by the readers of Gulfshore Business Magazine. Serving and giving back to our
community is part of our corporate culture, and we look forward to continuing to serve Southwest
Florida for decades to come.
