staff upon request. COUNTY staff may also be contacted annually to verify
compliance with the cited federal grant program requirements,specifically:
i. COUNTY funds/contributions received by the COALITION are not included as
contributions/match for any other federal award, and
ii. COUNTY funds/contributions are not funded by federal grant program monies
unless expressly authorized by Federal statute to be used for cost sharing or
matching.
4. All terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Understanding,as previously extended,
shall continue to be in full force and effect.
