Please review the email below and let me know the status as soon as possible. I have been out on medical leave for
about 7 weeks and thought this would have been cleared up by now. Some of the missing agreements are from
2016. The Parks department cannot go forward with plans for these events without the fully signed and completed
agreements. Please contact our office concerning these contracts. Thank you.

I have asked Michael Obyc on our staff to research the status of the Pro Watercross Amendment, I will let you know as
soon as I have a response. With regard to the Betterment Association Grant Agreement, Risk Management is requiring
the grantee to obtain/complete a WC insurance waiver form from the state before they will sign off on the agreement
and move through the routing process. I have contacted the grantee numerous times for this form and have not yet
received the completed waiver form. I will follow up on this item again today for a status update.
On another note,can you let me know who to contact in your office to place a public notice ad in the NDN?

SIRE and are what was approved by the Board. Please obtain the necessary signatures from the other parties, then
return to our office with the pink coversheet for further processing and BCC signature.
