OBJECTIVE: To comply with the requirements of HUD grant programs. The CAPER provides a review of the progress made toward meeting overall goals and objectives identified in the Five-Year Consolidated Plan and the One-Year Action Plan. The completed CAPER must be received by HUD no later than ninety (90) days after the end of the program year. The CAPER is due to HUD no later than December 29, 2017. The CAPER was made available for public review and comment during the required fifteen (15) day comment period (November 27, 2016 to December 11, 2017). As of publication, no public comments have been received. Any public comments received after this agenda goes to publication will be included into the final document. Minor staff modifications since advertising for public comment have been incorporated into the published draft for approval. The draft report was available at all public libraries, the Community and Human Services (CHS) webpage, and the CHS office.
