RESOLUTION NO. 93- 405
A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING CHRISTINE D. STRATON
AND PATRICK H. NEALE AND APPOINTING PAUL F.
HINCHCLIFF AND DAVID S. WILKINSON TO THE
COLLIER COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-102 created the
Environmental Advisory Board and provides that the Environmental
Advisory Board shall be composed of seven (7) members; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) of the members will expire on
September 30, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has received the
resignations of William V. Branan and Eric C. Worsham which
created two (2) vacancies; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) Christine D. Straton is hereby reappointed to the
Environmental Advisory Board for a four (4) year term, said term
commencing on October 1, 1993 and expiring on September 30, 1997.
2) David S. Wilkinson is hereby appointed to the
Environmental Advisory Board for a four (4) year term, said term
commencing on October 1, 1993 and expiring on September 30, 1997 .
3) Patrick H. Neale is hereby reappointed to the
Environmental Advisory Board to fill an unexpired term, said term
expiring on September 30, 1994 .
4) Paul F. Hinchcliff is hereby appointed to the
Environmental Advisory Board to fill an unexpired term, said term
expiring on September 30, 1996.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
