Resolution 1992-521 RESOLUTION NO. 92-521
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CHRISTINE D. STRATON,
WILLIAM V. BRANAN AND M. MICHEL SAADEH TO THE
ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-68 creating the
Environmental Advisory Board provides that the Advisory Board
shall consist of seven (7) members; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has received a
resignation from John W. Martin; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two of the members will expire on
September 30, 1992 ; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) Christine D. Straton is hereby appointed to the
Environmental Advisory Board to fill the unexpired term, said term
expiring on September 30, 1993 .
2) William V. Branan is hereby appointed to the
Environmental Advisory Board for a four year term, said term
expiring on September 30, 1996.
3) M. Michel Saadeh is hereby appointed .to the Environmental
Advisory Board for a four year term, said term expiring on
September 30, 1996.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
