RESOLUTION AI.TTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE
ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE TMPROVEMENTS IN PELICAN BAY I'NIT
SIX, RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY, AND
ACCEPTING THE I'TATNTENANCE RESPONSIBILTTY FOR THE
ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT
REQUIRED TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners oFlorida, oD JuLy 22, l-986, approved the plat of PSix for recording; and

WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the
roadway and drainage improvements in accordance with the approvedplans and specifications and as required by the Subdivision
Regulations (ordinance No. 76-06r dS amended) , and
WHEREAS, the developer has no\,/ requested final acceptance ofthe roadway and drainage improvements and release of his
maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section of DevelopmentServices Department has j-nspected the roadway and drainage
improvements and is recommending acceptance of said facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE rT RESOLVED By THE BOARD OF COtNTy
COMMISSfONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance begranted for those roadway and drainage improvernents in pelican BayUnit Six.
BE fT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County accept thefuture maintenance and other attendant costs for the roadway- anddrainage improvements that are not required to be maintain"& Uy tnehomeowners association.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority votefavoring same.
