Since that time, technologies and initial phase capacity requirements have changed. This work order provides for review of the Northeast design documents and development of updated design criteria and plan of action. SCOPE OF SERVICES Task 1 —Project Management, Coordination, and Communication The Carollo project manager will provide overall project management, coordination, and communication with the County throughout the project, including scheduling and oversight of Carollo staff assigned to the project and management of the project budget and invoicing. The Carollo project manager will communicate regularly with County staff throughout the project. Task 2—Northeast Capacity, Reliability, and Phasing Criteria Update Carollo will work with County staff to review and update the capacity, reliability, and phasing criteria for the Northeast potable water, wastewater, and IQ facilities including water supply and injection wells. Updated criteria will be established for the initial and build out capacities with phasing alternatives to be developed during unit process update and selection. Results will be documented in Technical Memorandum (TM) 1 -General Design Criteria Update Task 3—Water and Wastewater Process and Equipment Review Carollo will review and summarize: • Existing Northeast Utility Facility design philosophies and concepts • Technologies now in use and operational preferences at existing County treatment facilities • Industry trends relative to treatment technologies, controls and regulations Carollo will facilitate a series of workshops to analyze currently designed and potential alternatives for major unit processes at the water treatment plant and water reclamations facility: • Workshop 1 - Existing Northeast WRF Design and Trends in Wastewater Treatment • Workshop 2- Existing Northeast WTP Design and Trends in Water Treatment • Workshop 3-Confirmation of Technical Design Criteria Decisions The intent is to dive deep into technical details during Workshops 1 and 2 to confirm and/or redefine unit processes and design criteria. Workshop 3 will be used to synthesize and solidify decisions to allow the technical design criteria to be locked in. Results will be documented in TM 2-Technical Design Criteria Update. Results will be documented in TM 3-Design Revision and Permitting Plan. COUNTY RESPONSIBILITIES Because of the nature of this project, certain assumptions apply to this Scope of Services. To the extent possible, these assumptions are stated within this document and are reflected in the budget. If the project task requirements are different from the assumptions presented in this Scope of Services, or if the County desires additional services, the resultant change in scope will serve as a basis for amending this project assignment or initiating the development of a new project assignment as agreed to by both the County and Carollo. DELIVERABLES Because of the nature of this project, certain assumptions apply to this Scope of Services.
