political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 3335 Tamiami Trail
East, Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, (hereinafter called the Grantor), to THE GREATER
NAPLES FIRE RESCUE DISTRICT, AN INDEPENDENT SPECIAL DISTRICT CREATED
UNDER CHAPTER 2014-240, LAWS OF FLORIDA, AND OPERATED PURSUANT TO
CHAPTER 191, FLORIDA STATUTES, whose mailing address is 14575 Collier Boulevard,
Naples, FL 34119, (hereinafter called the Grantee).
(Whenever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this
instrument and their respective heirs, successors or assigns.)
WITNESSETH that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars,
($10.00) to it in hand paid by the Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant, bargain and sell unto the Grantee, the following described land lying and being in
Collier County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as Property:
Those certain lands designated as "Public Park" on that certain plat "Isles of Capri
Business Section" in Government Lot 7, Section 32-51-26 recorded at Plat Book 3,
Page 52, Public Records of Collier County.
Property is subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record, and shall revert back
to Grantor should it not remain a fire station.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said Grantor has caused these presents to be executed in its
name by its Board of County Commissioners acting by the Chairman or Vice Chairman of said
Board, the day and year aforesaid.
