Each month, The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Collier
County Commissioners recognize an organization that has enhanced the community
through financial, volunteer and active involvement in organizations and programs that
assist in creating a better quality of life for all citizens in Collier County.
The honoree is presented with a commemorative plaque at the Board of County
Commissioners meeting. A photo and news release is distributed to all Southwest
Florida media and Chamber members, as well as featured in Chamber Connect™, the
Chamber’s website, and promoted through social media.

Business Description (50 words or less): Prestige Insurance Consultants works with
individuals, families and small businesses to provide customized insurance plans to
protect what is most valuable to our clients. We take pride in our business and strive to
provide comprehensive coverage at competitive prices while maintaining superior
customer service and insurance knowledge.

How has the organization enhanced the community through financial, volunteer and
active involvement in organizations and programs? (500 words or less):
Both of our agency owners are actively involved in our community and encourage their
staff to do the same by offering paid time off for volunteer activities. Shannon is a
Leadership Collier ‘16 graduate, is currently an ambassador with the Chamber and a
board member of Naples Pathways Coalition. She volunteers with multiple nonprofits.
Sonia is in the current GAIN class and also spends her spare time volunteering and
being active with youth sports. One thing that Prestige Insurance Consultants does to
give back is by having a Charity of the Quarter. Each quarter a different local nonprofit is

chosen by the staff. During that quarter we learn more about what the charity does in
our community and often tour their location. We donate $10 for every client referral
received, regardless of who sent us the referral. We feature the charity in our newsletter,
website and email signatures. We encourage our staff to donate their time. Our agency
feels the need to give back to the community that has provided so much to us personally
and professionally.
