for Increase in Rates submitted by Ave Maria Utility Company, LLLP("Utility"). The Authority will consider the Utility's request at

The decision of the Authority will be made on March 31,2017.
The Utility has requested a phased annual revenue increase for five years, based upon a combination of three factors: (I)a
5% annual increase; (2) a percentage increase based upon federal inflation indexes; and (3) 25% of the cost of preparing
and going through the rate case process for the first four yearly phases. In the 5'fixed year of the phased increase,only the
first two factors would be added. The proposed rates can be viewed online at http://www.colliergov.net/your-
government/adv isory-boards/water-and-wastewater-authority.
All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments filed with the Authority and/or the Growth
Management Department five days prior to the scheduled public hearing will be considered. Any person who decides to
appeal a decision of this Authority will need a record of the proceedings pertaining thereto,and therefore may need to ensure
that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made,which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal
is to be based. All registered public speakers will be limited to three(3)minutes, unless permission for additional time is
granted by the Chairman.
A copy of the rate application and results of an external rate consultant review are available for inspection during the hours
of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, at the Growth Management Department — Development Services

The decision of the Authority will be made on March 31, 2017.
The Utility has requested a phased annual revenue increase for five years, based upon a combination of three
factors: (1) a 5% annual increase; (2) a percentage increase based upon federal inflation indexes; and (3) 25% of
the cost of preparing and going through the rate case process for the first four yearly phas:t the 5th fixed year
of the phased increase, only the first two factors would be added. The proposed rates can be viewed online at

All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments filed with the Authority and/or the
Growth Management Department five days prior to the scheduled public hears @l be considered. Any person
