The south property line, abutting the alley, shall have a masonry wall set back a minimum of 14 feet from the property line. The wall shall be 10 feet in height and shall have the required landscaping on the side facing residential zoning. The wall shall extend along the property line where properties across the alley are zoned RSF-3. 4.
