She started with the County as a Planner in the Comprehensive Planning Department with responsibilities over the Future Land Use Element for the County. She was also a manager in the County's Housing Department administering various grant programs before becoming an Assistant to the County Manager. After working in the County T Manager's office Mrs. Arnold was promoted to Director of Code Enforcement and ran a 4.
