The new drainage easements shall continue to take water from Oil Well Road pursuant to the Developer's Agreement recorded in OR Book 4322 page 2787. The easements and the development's water management system shall "provide water quality and treatment and attenuation for stormwater run-off in perpetuity from the Oil Well Road Right of Way adjacent to the development and an additional 21 acres of Oil Well Road Right of Way that does not traverse the Development."
