THIS PROPERTY IS NOT GRANTOR'S HOMESTEAD ALL RIGHT AND PRIVILEGE herein granted shah remain in full force and effect until thirty (30)days after either party provides written notice of termination of this Right of Entry to the other party at the address set forth above. ADDITIONALLY, the rights and interest granted hereunder are conditioned upon the reasonable exercise thereof by Grantee. All improvements shall be made at Grantee's sole cost and in Grantee's sole discretion. Grantee agrees not to unreasonably interfere with Grantor's use of the lands described in Exhibit "A", and agrees to provide Grantor with advance notice when exercising its rights hereunder. Grantee further agrees that it shall, at the Grantee's cost, repair any surface damage caused to Grantor's property as a result of Grantee's exercise of its rights hereunder,matching prior existing conditions as nearly as possible.
