POTEET, JR., AND MICHAEL SEEF, TO THE LAND ACQUISITION ADVISORY COMMITTEE. WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2002-63, established the Land Acquisition Advisory Committee to assist the Board of County Commissioners in establishing an "Active Properties Acquisition List" with qualified purchase recommendations consistent with the goals of Conservation Collier; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2002-63, as amended, provides that this Advisory Committee shall consist of seven to nine members representing the broad and balanced interests of Collier County Citizens as set forth in the Ordinance; and WHEREAS, there are currently two vacancies on this Advisory Committee; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, the Land Acquisition Advisory Committee has provided the Board of County Commissioners with its recommendation for reappointment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that WILLIAM H.
