WHEREAS, Chapter 129, Florida Statutes, addressing the County annual budget, provides specifically in Section 129.03, Florida Statutes, that the Board of County Commissioners may, by resolution, require the tentative budgets of the Sheriff, the Supervisor of Elections and the Clerk to be submitted by May 1 of each year.
