Hello Everyone,
This is a friendly reminder that your client list quarterly updates are due (Jan, April,July) for all of your company/firms
Lobbyists.
All we need is an e-mail with the following:
➢ List of any new client(s) w/contact information
➢ List of your Lobbyists
➢ Or if you've had no changes to either the client list or your lobbyists just a simple "No changes" to either
list will do.
You're receiving this final friendly reminder because we haven't received an e-mail with your company/firm's update.

If the update isn't completed by Friday this week,your company/firm's lobbyist(s) files will be placed in the unknown file
on Monday, April 11, 2016.
Per Ordinance 2007-24, if your company/firm will be lobbying before any Board, Committee or Advisory you will need to
pay the lobbyist fees again for the 09/2016 fiscal year.
Each lobbyist for your company or firm will have to re-register and pay the lobbying fees ($25 per lobbyist) again.
