A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE FEES CHARGED
t 1 FOR THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WEEKLY
v AGENDA PACKAGE
T. WHEREAS, the County Manager's Office produces a weekly Board
of County Commissioners agenda which is made available to staff

*,, l' and the public; and
`" WHEREAS, the existing fee schedule has not been revised since
1982; and
WHEREAS, taking into consideration the increased costs
associated with producing this document; and
,, WHEREAS, an increase in the fee for the Board's agenda
package reflects more realistic charges.
,, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
X-,, COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the fee schedule
for the Board of County Commissioners weekly agenda package shallbe as follows:
Index only - Package "A" - $120.00 annually
. Executive Summaries - Package "B" - $256:00 annually
Full agenda - Package "C" - $440.00 annually

Package "A" is mailed; customer must provide self-addressed
stamped envelopes sufficient to cover the number of annual
Board meetings (usually 46) .
Package "B" is available for pick up at the Public Affairs
Office on the First Floor of Building "F".
Package "C" is available for pick up at the Public Affairs
• Office on the First Floor of Building "F".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution supersedes all
, " prior Resolutions which established fees or charges for the Board
