determine whether the integration of the water and wastewater assets of Orange Tree Utility o
Co. located in Collier County, Florida into the Collier County Water-Sewer District and the -

The Board also will consider modifications of the service area of the District to include all areas En

All remaining rates and charges authorized by Collier County Ordinance No.2001-73 and Resolution
Number 2014-174,as amended,also shall be applied by CCWSD upon assuming ownership
All residents of the County including customers of Orange Tree Utility Co.and the Collier County
Water-Sewer District,affected property owners,tenants or occupants,and all other interested -c
persons, shall have an opportunity to be heard. All such persons shall also be entitled to file Q
written comments with the County. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the 76
County with respect to any matter considered at the hearing,such person will need a record of the
proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made,including the testimony and
evidence upon which the appeal is to be made. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities -•I
Act,persons needing special accommodations or an interpreter to participate in this proceeding ..
