Certainly pleased that Collier County is giving consideration to PACE program authorization in our
county. As the CEO of one of the largest and fastest growing PACE project developers in Ohio,
who also has an office in SW Florida, we see PACE as an extremely viable funding mechanism for
commercial, industrial, Government, and institutional clients. As a longtime resident of Naples, my
Company and I fully support Collier County initiating PACE as a funding mechanism for commercial
property owners and tax payers. I do have some reservations with regard to PACE for residential,
but for commercial clients, this vehicle has been utilized successfully all of the US.
Thank you very much for your consideration and we already have commercial and institutional
clients in Collier County who are interested in doing PACE projects!
