Project Background
Collier County and East Naples Community Park hosted the National Piekleball Open Championship in April of 2016 utilizing
existing courts and facilities augmented with temporary toilets,vender and spectator tents and electrical source generators.
to preparation for growing demand for Pickiebali facilities throughout the year and in anticipation of hosting the 2017 Open
Championship Collier County wishes to improve the current facilities.
The proposed improvements include construction of a shade structure over the individual Pickleball courts that can be
repeated as funding becomes availab e.Covered court lighting,improvements to the site electrical and water service to
accommodate temporary facilities utilized during tournaments and the Open Championship is also to be considered.
Scope of Work:
1.GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT SCOPE
1.1. Explore options and associated costs to design and construct a modular system that can be constructed over single or
multiple Picklebati Courts,
1.2. Design electrical and water service utility modifications pursuant to the Conceptual site design for those elements.
