Item Summary: ***This item continued to the October 11, 2016 BCC meeting.*** This item
requires that ex parte disclosure be provided by Commission members. Should a hearing be held on this
item, all participants are required to be sworn in. Recommendation to approve an Ordinance amending
Ordinance no. 2004-41, as amended, the Collier County Land Development Code, which established the
comprehensive zoning regulations for the unincorporated area of Collier County, Florida, by amending
the appropriate zoning atlas map or maps by changing the zoning classification of the herein described
real property from a Mobile Home (MH) zoning district to a Residential Planned Unit Development
(RPUD) zoning district for the project known as Highview Roost Road RPUD to allow development of
up to 60 single-family detached dwelling units or 86 single-family attached dwelling units on property
located on Roost Road, south of Manatee Road in Section 11,Township 51 South, Range 26 East, Collier
County, Florida, consisting of 21.59+/- acres; and by providing an effective date (PUDZ-
PL20140002809).
