The developer has fulfilled commitments with respect to this 2011 security 12) Recommendation to authorize the Clerk of Courts to release a Performance Bond in the amount of$54,902 to Lennar Homes, LLC., which was posted as a guaranty for Excavation Permit Number PL20140002750 for work associated with Montiano at Treviso Bay.
