Pollution Control is .0347 mills which is 7.2% over Rollback Rate;
which makes a county wide millage rate of 3.9119 mills which is 12.2%
over Rollback Rate and is an aggregate of 4.5970 mills for a 13.74%
over the Rollback Rate.
