NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY

,'Membership, shall be amended as follows:
F° SECTION FOUR. MEMBERSHIP
: t;ry_ _ The Children's Services Council of Collier County
•. shall consist of ten members, including the
a5 Superintendent of Schools, a local School Board member
'' .; ' (as selected by the School Board) , the District
'P Administrator from the Florida Department of Health and

r • judge assigned to juvenile cases who shall sit as a

" ' shall not vote or participate in the setting of ad

'', ' is more than one judge assigned to juvenile cases in !
` 4 r Collier County, the chief judge of the circuit shall
' � I'; designate one of said judges to serve on the Council. O
F c''.4 The other five members of the Council shall be appointed
lt-., by the Governor and shall serve for terms of four (4)
' years each. After soliciting recommendations from the
' public, the Board of County Commissioners shall submit
4� to the Governor the names of at least three persons for
