The Northern Trust Company, an Illinois banking corporation ("Mortgagee"),
authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, hereby certifies that it is the
holder of a Mortgage and Assignment of Rents and Profits recorded in Official Records
Book 5060, Page 576, as modified by Mortgage Modification Agreement and Notice of
Future Advance recorded in Official Records Book 5106, Page 3565, and a Mortgage
and Assignment of Rents and Profits recorded in Official Records Book 5115, Page
2721, as re-recorded in O.R. Book 5126, Page 2453, all of the Public Records of Collier
County, Florida, and related loan documents encumbering the real property described
