AFFIDAVIT
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, duly authorized to take acknowledgements and administer
oaths, personally appeared EARLE D. CORTRIGHT, JR., hereinafter referred to as "Affiant", who after
being by me first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. Affiant is President of that corporation known as MARCO TROPICAL PROPERTIES, INC., a
dissolved Florida corporation.
2. Affiant affirms that MARCO TROPICAL PROPERTIES, INC., a corporation existing under the
laws of the state of Florida, became a dissolved Florida corporation on August 26, 1994.
3. Affiant is the agent of the corporation authorized to wind-up the affairs of the corporation
pursuant to Section 607 1405, Florida Statues.
4. Affiant's mailing address is 4483 North Candlewood Drive, Beverly Hills, FL 34465.
5. Affiant is familiar with the nature of an oath and with the penalties provided by the laws of the
State for falsely swearing to statements made in an instrument of this nature.
6. The Quitclaim Deed granted by the Affiant on behalf of the dissolved corporation is appropriate
action to wind up and liquidate the corporation's business and affairs.
