Hello Rebecca,
For the update all that is required is an e-mail stating that there are no changes to your
Lobbyists or your Client list.
If there are no changes they simply state in the e-mail that there are "no changes" to either
the Client or Lobbyist List for your Firm/Company.
Around mid-August I will e-mail a reminder about registration renewals that will have a
registration form to be filled out and include the $25 fee for each lobbyist.
Would you like correspondence to be with you or the lobbyists?

Good Morning All,
This is the final reminder for the 4th quarter updates as required by Ordinance
2007-24.
Friday, July 8, 2016 is the last day for updates before you are placed in the
unknown list.
If your Firm/Company hasn't updated your lists as required, the penalty is that
the registration fee must be paid again.
Remember that the Renewal Registration Fee's will be required again on or
before October 1st (as it's the beginning of the County's fiscal year).
All that is required for the update is an e-mail stating any changes
(additions/deletions) to your client list as well as the Lobbyist that work for your
Firm/Company.
