Item 16D1 was approved on the October 14, 2014 Agenda for approval of a Utility Easement
to the City of Naples regarding County-owned property at the Gordon River Greenway Park.
Accordingly, attached please find the original Utility Easement.
Please attest to the Chairman's signature on this document. After which please forward the
Utility Easement to Recording with the provided Recording Form, which calls for the return of
the original recorded documents to your office for safe keeping. We would appreciate
receiving a copy of the fully signed Utility Easement via email.

UTILITY EASEMENT
THIS UTILITY EASEMENT, made and entered into this I i day of OGta)', ,t-',
2014, by COLLIER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post
office address is 3335 East Tamiami Trail, Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, hereinafter
referred to as "Grantor", to the City of Naples, a municipal corporation of the State of
Florida, its successors and assigns, whose post office address is 735 8th Street South,
Naples, Florida 34102, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee".
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby conveys, grants, bargains and sells unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, a perpetual, non-exclusive easement, license, and privilege for
utility purposes, on the following described lands located in Collier County, Florida, to
wit:
See attached Exhibit "A"which is incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee together with the right to
enter upon said land, excavate, and place or remove materials for the purpose of
constructing, operating, and maintaining utility facilities thereon. Grantor and Grantee
are used for singular or plural, as the context requires.
