Each month, The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Collier County
Commissioners recognize an organization that has enhanced the community through financial,
volunteer and active involvement in organizations and programs that assist in creating a better
quality of life for all citizens in Collier County.
The honoree is presented with a commemorative plaque at the Board of County
Commissioners meeting. A photo and news release is distributed to all Southwest Florida
media and Chamber members, as well as featured in Business Currents Magazine, the
Chamber's website, and promoted through social media.

Since 1989 IRMS has invested heavily in growing our company in Collier County. Our local focus has
allowed us to increase our associate count from a startup to the 51 dedicated associates we currently
employ. Many of our associates were local residents that didn't have any previous experience in the

insurance industry. By investing in their training and education,we provided the tools that led many to
become successful and longtime insurance professionals. Building and locating our home office in the
Vanderbilt Galleria is indicative of our long-term strategic investment to grow our businesses in Collier
County.
IRMS supports many local organizations,but our primary emphasis is in supporting the United Way of
Collier County. Over the years,many of our associates have participated on the United Way's Board of
Directors and Financial Review Committees. We actively support the United Way financially through
corporate gift giving,various sponsorships, and enthusiastic participation in their events such as the
annual Walk for the Way and Stuff the Bus fundraisers. We also sponsor an annual associate giving
campaign that makes it easy for associate to give by allowing them to contribute via payroll deduction.
The IRMS United Way Committee sponsors various fundraising events throughout the year to keep our
associates involved in supporting this fine organization.
