' ` A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED ON PARCELS
„ 125.R AND 126.R ALONG STATE ROAD 951 (S.R. 951) '
FROM COLLIER COUNTY TO THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION.
o, h'„+ . WHEREAS, the right-of-way for S.R. 951 has beep acquired in
'- �v i' accordance with an agreement dated January 15, 1985 entered into
s, .f : ' by the Board of County Commissioners and the State of Florida
Department of Transportation (FDOT) ; and
WHEREAS, the right-of-way for S.R. 951 included the
';•-,-,•-,,.,-�` '' acquisition of numerous parcels of property, two of which are

p' �¢ designated as Parcels 125.R and 126.R; and •

WHEREAS, the acquisition of Parcels 125.R• and 126.R included.
buildings and improvements, constituting personal property; and

.. , application to Collier County for the transfer of the buildings
,and-improvements located on Parcels 125.R and 126.R; and
# WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Transportation needs to

remove the building and improvements located on Parcel 126.R in.

,. requested Collier County to permit the FDOT to temporarily use as
._ the FDOT field-office the building located on Parcel 125.R; and
