THIS PROPERTY IS NOT GRANTOR'S HOMESTEAD This Temporary Construction Easement is granted for the express purpose of providing Grantee temporary access to Grantor's lands as described above, and for the purpose of storing material and equipment during the construction and installation of public improvements adjacent thereto. This Temporary Construction Easement shall have full force and effect until the expiration of the contractor warranty for the construction relating to this project is completed, including, but not limited to final inspections, acceptance and payment of the contractor. Grantee shall restore the surface of the Easement Area to the condition existing prior to the commencement of construction adjacent thereto.
